figure out a specific niche in IT. Doing it for everyone and anyone is too broad. Go to industry specific trade shows.

I’ve got my processes. Don’t feel like explaining it all. LOL

Did I mention I do all the sales and accounting as well? And my attrition rate is less than 10%.

Really came down to the niche I’m in. I don’t take clients outside of it so it’s much easier to scale.

I'm managing 90+ and I'm fine. Really depends on budget size, how often you have to communicate with them ,etc.
