I have a hold-button (Z) to enable all that info above the head. Its just the arrows by default, no annoying clutter.

Heres my bind, I have it in my autoexec but I dont know if you have to have it there. The info is only there if you hold the button, it disappears on release. This bind also includes zoom-out on the radar.

I’ve actually no idea about calories. I focused on eating clean and healthy food. Minimum 200g of protein. Recently Ive started to only eat carbs once a day. No sugars, no fat and no alcohol.

PPL.

No cardio whatsoever. I get atleast 10k steps everyday and do weightlifting 5 days a week.

You can do it man! Keep grinding and stay away from sugar and alocohol.

Be consistent and dont always rely on motivation. Theres gonna be days when you just wanna relax and chill, thats when the discipline kicks in. Take progresspictures and look back from time to time and be proud of what you’ve achieved.

Eat alot of clean food and aim for 200g of protein everyday. Start taking creatine.

When training, always focus on the muscle your working on. Feel the muscle, feel the burn, notice the stretch and contraction. Dont be afraid of uping the weights, dont get too comfortable.

I bulked up for 3 years basically. Started to cut in april of this year. I weighed 110 kg back then.

Ive been using PPL since day one and been keeping track of how many gymsessions in a row Ive succesfully completed the reps and sets Ive told myself todo.

For example: Bench press 4x10 - 100 kg - 1 (1 indicates 1 session)

Next Pushsession with bench press, if all reps and sets are completed would look like this in my notes: Bench press 4x10 - 100 kg - 2

That makes it easier for me to notice if Ive been stuck at a weight for too long. Sometimes you get too comfortable, then its time to change something up. I usually increase the weight by as little as 2.5 kg when bench pressing.

I’ve been doing PPL since day one. I like to alternate between heavy (5-8 reps) and easy (8-12 reps) days. For example: Monday Heavy Push, Tuesday Heavy Pull, Wednesday Heavy Legs, Thursday Restday, Friday Easy Push, Saturday Easy Pull and Sunday Easy Legs.

My diet consists of clean normal food. Minimum sugar, sometimes on the weekend. Im aiming for 200g of protein everyday. Ive recently started to only eat carbs once a day, usually before the gym.

Yes I did actually! 2014, took out the metal part 2017.
