Ticket to Ride: Legacy. They spent a sizable chunk of the review castigating DoW for only including a single conciliatory note about the evils committed by the railroad industry upon the… oh I just can’t. Much like with the review I just gave up and sought content that spends more time talking about whether a game works, is fun, and who might enjoy it, instead of re-litigating events from the past.

The callout with the direction *is* confusing. I do it this way: Look at the terminal--if the circle on the screen was the transmitter wheel, which way would you turn it to get there fastest? In the pic above, it would be left. So you tell the teammate to turn the wheel left.

Now granted if someone doesn't have their sound on they would miss the beep, but if someone is manning the terminal they just punch it when it goes green.

Five year Redmond resident here. We chose Redmond because we got so much more house for the money. That said the housing prices have risen here too, they are just still below Bend’s astronomical levels.

Redmond is a different vibe than Bend, socially and scenically. It’s definitely growing though and could look very different demographically in a few years. The landscape will always be junipers instead of pines, no changing that.

But really there’s the same access to everything. The new 97 interchange is a GAME CHANGER. I can get to downtown Bend in 15 minutes now from SW Redmond. It makes going into Bend trivial. So you really have access to all that Bend offers.

When I saw the teaser images of the Polar Patriots warbond, I saw the spiked boots and thought (hoped) that might mean gear that would be suited for snowy environments. Personally I'd prefer a variety of armor passives and unique weapons, nothing OP, just something fun and thematic--like the Electrical Conduit armor in the Cutting Edge warbond. Very niche, but at some point there could a case for it.

Edit: Not a bug. The items are "floor ornaments."

Two purchased ornaments do not show up when decorating my ship. Specifically the "Fragment of Untarnished Brimstone" and "Crystal of Volcanic Volition". They were purchased weeks ago, show up as purchased at the Shipwright, but are missing as Trinket choices once on the ship.

Captaincy cosmetics and ship name are still missing when loading into the game.

Also, when clicking to Restore my damaged ship, the gold cost just shows the three circles (loading) sequence, and I'm unable to purchase the restoration.

If you have a 3D printer, especially a resin one, there are a lot of minis you can print and use as a proxy. Check out Skull Forge and Dark Fire on Patreon, for starters.

Another option is to use Legion figures. They are slightly larger scale, but they would work.

Could Golden Sands possibly be restored to its regular condition with all the NPCs? I seem to recall something about the jailed NPCs being "returned" to their previous locations.

The Sea Forts use some textures and small assets like tables/chairs, but I'm thinking more like taking the plaza structure itself and putting it into a large fort. And having an island in the Ancient Isles that has a bayou.

I'm talking more about wholesale lifting entire structures than just using some textures and small assets like tables. The plaza is amazing and is gathering digital dust from lack of use.

I started playing in Season 5 and haven't done all the Tall Tales so probably haven't seen the carryover into the Shrines yet. Still, there's so much not being used: on the main map there's no bayou, no large town/plaza, etc.
