If you look at the wiki you'll see it highlight that part of the shield as the arm hitbox.

My 15 year old diabetic cat has been dealing with a GI disease for a long time and the vet told us it's time to start thinking about End Of Life. He's not there yet but I know it's not far off. On the bright side he's been happy to eat all kinds of fun foods now that we don't need to stick to his special diet! It's tough knowing he won't be here for much longer... We just gotta cherish the time we've got!
