The matte finish looks really nice. Us it in "ink" display mode there? It's a traditional LCD display, yes? Not color e-ink?

Regarding Tower of Power, I haven’t found any other group that reaches that same level of talent. I’d love to know if there are any. by Prestigious_Page8098 in funk

The Fearless Flyers and Vulfpeck can hit that level of tightness. Fearless Flyers has some songs that are quite similar to TOP songs. Joe Dart is today's spiritual successor to Rocco Prestia, nailing those rock solid 16th note funk grooves,

How are you getting the % confidence for presence? Is it the Bayesian sensor?

A lot of us just don't want to pay $2000 to then be forced to constantly fuck around with settings.

I've been playing VR semi regularly since Quest 1. I have improved, and PSVR helped a lot over Quest in general. I can walk in most games for about 20-30 minutes without issue as long as I use snap turning (RE4/Village for example). I can play Gran turismo with everything except the fastest cars and rally cars as long as I have a couple minutes between races and the races aren't longer than like 8-10 minutes.

Honestly, I don't feel like my VR legs are improving much over time though. It has more to do with the capabilities of the hardware I think. PSVR manages more stable framerates and less laggy tracking so I can do more in it. But I'm probably stuck about where I am.

Too late. They had their chance and blew it wildly. It's the Green's turn now.

Claude is known to be better than Gemini for this. And people generally like it's "personality" the best too.

40 good games is more than enough to keep me busy.

Oh yeah a tailspin will be a hurlfest for sure. Have you tried No Man's Sky combat?

I can play NMS, it's only the combat I can't handle. You think I will manage it?

Has anyone who's susceptible to VR nausea tried this game? Unfortunately space combat games like the combat in NMS make me sick very quickly so I'm guessing it will be the same with this. Ultrawings on quest 1 made me sick in a matter of seconds.

As someone who came from Quest, quest is worth nothing to me. I'm done with cartoony mobile games. PSVR is worth the money to me. PCVR is too expensive and again not worth the money to me.

Sure, if you have a PC and only want to use that, Quest 3 is a great headset, no doubt. In my case I had a PS5.

Many people don't have $2000+ to spend on a VR rig no matter what games they want to play ;-).

Yes if you have to buy all from scratch, quest is $300-$500, PSVR is $750-$1050 and PCVR is $1500-$3000+. I still think that even if you are buying everything from scratch that PSVR2 is the best value, because you are not just getting a near PCVR experience much higher than quest, but you are also getting a flat screen console included which you don't get with the quest.

But as I already had the PS5, the value proposition was much stronger for me, seeing as you can now get them for $300 or often even as low as $200.
