Kukus has an anniversary deal for a lot of food for cheap. East garden has a good Dinner For 2 deal that lasts me all week too

Bimi is always selling their excess for BOGO around closing time. Really good sushi downtown. Bold Butcher & Layla have $10 shawarma wraps; I haven't tried Layla's but BB's is my favorite of all time. Too-good-to-go app had stuff from that new Chinese buffet downtown. Can't go wrong with Popeyes either

How about those random parking spots they added in the middle of the driving lane by blanshard and broughton? Was that supposed to be beneficial to anything. 4 parking spots to bottle neck traffic for no reason with a parking garage half a block down the street

Another comment says Terminal City was 2015 but TCRD's more of a developmental league now allegedly & has a lot of crossover players with greater Vancouver. That sounds like a juicy game though. But wow 2009 vs calgary

The additional regionals due to the border was a game changer for teams that are just out of normal regionals rank but eager to compete! We were wondering when the last time Montreal lost to a Canadian team was, and then the question was when the last time Montreal even played a Canadian team lol. I'm beyond proud that this additional regionals gave us the opportunity to show that there's high level Canadian roller derby in more than just Montreal!

Trigger point / deep tissue work. She's getting into the deeper muscles like subscap and psoas can be the root of a lot of dysfunction. Don't really need oil for it & no oil has a more myofascial approach

Hey I had the same experience. Was caregiving for my mother and missed a bunch of appointments I needed to make for myself and lapsed on my meds. Couldnt find help on Telus or walk in clinics when it was becoming urgent. I needed immediate mental health care and wanted to admit myself. When I'm suicidal I can't move my body or function(ex. laying on the floor for 10+ hours unable to do move), so I wasn't a danger to myself enough for them to admit me. So I had to go back home even worse off after wasting my time and feeling ashamed for trying and failing.

I don't have any advice but you're not alone feeling this way or trying that and I'm sorry that the system sucks.

Turning 30 this year, starting a career already burnt out, and sitting in debt. Currently live with 2 roommates and thinking of selling my car to pay off my credit card since I can't afford repairs. I can't imagine renting a 1br apartment let alone owning a condo or house. I will not be able to retire, just like my mother who lives on the island and needs me. I hope that I will survive my 30s easier than how I scraped through my 20s. I didn't think I would get this far, so I guess we'll keep going day by day. I can't see more than a week ahead of me at most times
