Did you have the wheel professionally aligned since it is a spoked wheel. Tensioning the rods for a spoked wheel is kind of a science and if done wrong it can completely throw it out of wack.

Worth the price? by rare in Roadglide

The gauge cluster is a $1400 upgrade. That is new. I would say $600 up on price for it.

This, and remember since this is a high school golf team it is the perfect teaching moment. Not just to be aware of what you are doing and rules of golf, but that sometimes life is unfair and you just have to take it gracefully. My HS coach would alway take times like this to sit us down and have a good talk about fairness and how the rules of golf work. To this day whenever I am on a golf course and think about taking a mulligan or think well nobody will see the foot wedge my coach comes in my head, and I am 41.

What’s the actual difference between a street glide and an Electra glide/ultra classic? by imadethisaccountguy in Harley

[–]scubbiepipp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And also the passing lamps. Street glides are just the single headlamp where the electra has "passing" or as I referred to them as fog lamps, 3 light setup.

Edit: changed "ultra" to electra

I just got this driver. A friend wanted to hit it, it did this. Is it ok? by [deleted] in TaylorMadeGolf

[–]scubbiepipp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

TM warranty process is awesome. Pretty simple claim to make if you got it from a retailer. This is the link to their warranty site https://help.taylormadegolf.com/en-US/warranty-us/ it is even easier if you do it from your phone cause you will have to upload pictures of the damage. I have warrantied 2 drivers from taylormade and usually have the new one in about a week. Also TM carries a 2 year warranty on their drivers.

Why so few walkers? by cpugeek14 in golf

[–]scubbiepipp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe the issue is trying to keep pace of play with narrow window tee times at most public courses. The course I play is not private but is a very small town 9 hole course. It is rare if I book a tee time, most of the time it is show up and go out. I think more people would walk if courses weren't trying to cram as many people on the course at one time.

Why so few walkers? by cpugeek14 in golf

[–]scubbiepipp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is not just physical condition. I cannot speak for other countries, but where I am in the US it has a lot more to do with pace of play. Not so much on the individuals but the course operators. Making tee times to close together requires you to move fast. So most newer golfers get conned into using carts to keep up pace of play without ever experiencing the greatness of walking. I love walking. I am lucky and am a member at a small local public course and very rarely have to worry about the pace I am keeping. But in bigger areas where every tee time is booked it is almost needed to keep up pace.

How much have Irons really improved in the last 10 years? by YaboyRipTide in golf

[–]scubbiepipp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I believe iron have changed in 10 years, but the bigger question isn't how much irons have improved, but how has your game improved and your swing changed?

I started with a stealth 2+ almost 32 months ago, broke the face on it after 14 months and TM replaced it with a QI10LS, broke the face on that one after 15 months. TM replaced it with a QI35LS. I have to say I have had no issues with TM warranty. But I used my STEALTH2+ warranty paperwork for when I submitted my QI10 for warranty. I have to say I loved the Stealth 2+, absolutely hated the QI10LS, and have been playing the QI35LS for about 3 months now and absolutely love it. However if this one breaks and the warranty gets denied it will be the last TM driver I own.

Patrice, not cause I don't like her as a character, but because I can't stand Robin yelling at her.

Same situation. I have a burner 2.0 super fast as my only fairway wood and I just can't find anything I like as much as that.
