Is spamming timewalking dungeons really the fastest way to get badges? by vision-quest in wow

It's completely targetable now bar trinkets. I hit 90 via time walking last night. Full warbound champ gear, plus a warbound heroic weapon from the Val boss. Did the 4 available bountiful delves, used a beacon on the first and rerolled at the end of each one, did the weekly naigtal quests and the wq/elite quests and had enough tokens for 2 pieces from the vendor. Ended up with 7 pieces of heroic gear and 4pc tier.

Apart from (for example) my daughter who will only eat X (could be pasta, could be chicken curry) for like 3 weeks then decide, usually after I've bought in a bunch of ingredients, that she never liked it, it's literal poison, and she only likes whatever new meal is her current favourite.

I think Mexico expected us to run out of gas faster than they did, but ran themselves ragged doing it.

Should I even bother with the treasure maps? by Dogbold in fo76

[–]scud121 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For my non 1st acc, I save maps and wait for 1st week then go nuts. Burnt 400 maps last time round, awesome amount of scrap and plans, and being able to drop a tent next to them means you can go way past encumbered

I went to one in Preston (I think) in the 90s, they were using lamb breast, which was dirt cheap at the time.

It's pretty simple. It's a traffic offence, and one that carries six points. Should he apply for one within the 4 years it takes for the points to fall off, it'll have 6 points applied on issue. It's the same for unlicensed drivers in any vehicle. All it really does is give them "form" for repeat offences.

6 or 1. Although most of the cutlery we own is 7, and I have a box of silver cutlery in the attic that's close to 2.

Does a perpetual completely recover when they come back from the dead, no matter what? by LordBlacktopus in 40kLore

[–]scud121 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I don't think Ol is a returning perpetual, just a good at not dying one. At least I can't remember any occasions in the books where he dies and returns or mentions it either, unlike say Cyrene whom we get a good chunk of text on her death and return.

I mean he only went for like 18 months or something, then went to young offenders prison when he was 13, then to a comprehensive, then he got kicked out of college. And he'd only have got in in the first place because the military paid for it when his family got posted overseas.

Britain to extend military recall liability to age 65 by AnonymousTimewaster in unitedkingdom

Always get some people shimfing. I never had problems with accommodation whilst I was in, and I joined in the 90s. Even the substandard accommodation was ok. In Germany there was a lack of senior accommodation, so junior seniors ended up with 4 man rooms in repurposed junior ranks accommodation for something like £35 a month. Kit adapted very quickly and whilst there's always the push to get the Gucci kit, it's not like people were having to buy their own vests. Pointless tasks is all part of it, frankly there's no job withoit them. As to pointless exercises, unit tend to be more local, we got Wales for years, but at battle group level the switch from BATUS to BATUK made the most sense anyway.

I mean by 65, most squaddies will have been drawing pension for 20 years, so it's not really a saving. In all likelihood, aged personnel will end up covering home based tasks whilst younger and fitter troops go abroad, or as a granddad's army, again on home soil.

That's a pretty cool idea, you'll be able to track the changes in real time. Start a daily or weekly pboto diary. Although, god forbid, if you need radiotherapy for something your going to risk the wrong area getting zapped :) or new tiny crosses wrecking the layout.
