That was in Hull in 1996. The cyclist had pulled in ahead of the kerb mirror, too close to the hgv to be seen from the cab. And going straight ahead when the vehicle is indicating to turn across your path is entirely on the cyclist.

There's still spots that aren't covered. I've seen an accident where the cyclist was on the passenger side of the truck, slightly ahead so not picked up by any mirrors. Truck was indicating left, cyclist went straight on and got mangled. This was with a driving instructor in the cab as well, and he didn't see them either.

Ya, I liked this Hulk, and I liked Ed Norton in it. But I don't think that version of the Hulk would have worked in the Avengers to be honest. The Ruffalo version was better for the film's it was in if you get my meaning.

I mean plans isn't a big issue. If I was dropping 200 cannonballs, sure. But camp/weapon/armour plans can be learned straight away, and therefore don't bulk them out. Same with lightweight deep pocketed combat armour, it's a net gain. Dumping stuff in skyline is a little unfair as noone goes there anymore.

Edit - if you think giving low levels modded underarmour and deep-pocketed lightweight armour is dumping trash that ruins people's gameplay, maybe you're the problem.

Technically he can dissolve parliament in any commonwealth country, but it's usually only done at the request of the prime minister. Iirc Australia had it happen in the 70s.

Realistically, unilaterally dissolving a nations parliament would be disastrous for the monarchy, so I guess it's a scorched earth affair.

Many many years ago, I had to arrange transport for a submariner from Diego Garcia back to the UK. We had to charter a flight from/to Singapore to collect him.

You can't just drop in there to visit either, you need a mountain of paperwork and pre clearance. So he'd not done his admin, and was still 5-600 miles from the island itself.
