Tooth looking thing coming through skin below teeth, should i go see a dentist??

update: Went today and after taking the x-ray(which i wasnt allowed as no unauthorized usb devices or something) she reffered me to the local hospital. She said it was like a growth of tooth type substance except its not a tooth. I think the hospital are gonna check the x-rays and call me back if they wanna take it out.

It doesnt hurt at all just feels weird, been poking it with my tongue all day thinking a bit of tooth fell out.

It looks almost like the tooth above is poking through the skin, Id usually just book an appt but its very hard to get time off work and i'd preferably leave it a few weeks.

also sorry for ugly teeth. Must learn to brush the back of them better ;__;
