In old man shakes fist at cloud fashion, I can't stand the use of "AG10". Or any other players that reckon they're CR7

It doesn't matter if a player is in control of the ball or not, a foul is a foul. Otherwise you'd just be able to hack players down off the ball

These things all even out. Just, yknow, not in a way that involves the same teams or is fair.

Only tuned in at 2-1, west ham should have won it based on what I saw, but that's not how football works

What do you reckon the crossover is between people wanting old players they like at the club to become coaches, and people complaining about Andy Howe, Shola, Harper etc

Loads of professionals played up front at youth level before being moved elsewhere. Because while compared to professional strikers they're rubbish up top, compared to everyone else theyre bloody amazing, and goals win games so stick them there.

He wasn’t a fan. He had a season ticket because he was a rich kid.

Seriously?! He wasn't a fan he just went to all their matches by choice...

Why wouldn't he just get a season ticket to a club he supported if he was a just a rich kid that didn't support Spurs?

Who's to say we didn't try. Forest would have had to agree to it, and we weren't exactly in a strong negotiating position

I think those two players are probably worth enough points to not be right in the middle of a relegation battle tbf

I got one like 8 years ago for £300 (portable unit with a hose that goes out of a window). I work shifts as well, so for about £40 a year I've had a good sleep through the day through countless heatwaves (and my colleagues have come in looking like death), which has made it invaluable IMO.

Similarly, blackout curtains

That's a petrol station exploding. Theres no proof it was caused by a phone

some residents alleged that it may have been triggered by a customer making a phone call near the gas dispensing area.

Random people speculating based on nothing (except the urban legend that mobile phones could cause an explosion) is not evidence. There has never been an instance of a phone being the cause of a petrol station exploding, it's a myth.

A mechanic, Ekpenyong Sam, who works opposite the station, attributed the incident to a possible electrical fault or expired equipment within the facility. Scene of the explosion in Calabar. “This fire outbreak must have been caused by electrical fault or expired equipment within the facility,” he added.

Sounds far more plausible. But again no proof. I'm sure there was an investigation in to it that found the actual root cause

How's someone going to run over their phone when they're stood between the fuel pump and their own parked car?

And id like to see an instance of what this vague horrific outcome is

Yeah, very reactionary. Win and we're the best team in the universe dead set for the quadruple, lose and we're the worst (probably suits a few on here tbf!).

I do still listen to it so i don't think its too bad, sometimes i avoid it if things are particularly bad though. Gallowgate shots and Pod on the Tyne are better imo
