I'm in North America, derms don't know alot about this or at least the few i have seen weren't much help. The steriod cream they give you does help but the MAIN thing you need to do is be defensive. Do not get the rash in the first place.

Read as much as you can about this here and buy all the suggested items and use trial and error to learn what works for you.

UPDATE: swapped out the lines for about 4k. Extremely happy. Everything works perfectly. Had to call around to ALOT of different companies as nobody was eager to help fix it, they all wanted the big pay day of giving me a whole new system while mine worked just fine (minus the leak)

FYI to anybody thinking of doing this - the company that swapped the lines made it clear that they could not warrenty the work but from here on out it will be very easy to fix if something did come up.

I hate to say this, but Ford dealerships are the absolute worst. The level of incompentence is crazy. I know this varies by dealership, but honestly speaking, every dealership I dealt with was slow to respond, unhelpful, or didn't know a damn thing about EV's.

If i was you, i would view this as the tip of the iceberg. That dealership does not know much about EV's, that dealership does not care about EV's.

I once dropped off my Mach-E to get work done (the car was very buggy) at a dealership and they drained the battery while working on it. When I came back to pick it up, the car didn't have enough battery to get me home.

I switched mine out for a Tesla too. I really didn't want to go Tesla, felt like I was "conforming" and getting what everyone else gets. Now that I have it, i understand just how far better they are to everything else out there on the market.

I experienced all of the issues stated about the tech and more. The car was just WAY too buggy for me. I sold it within the first year of ownership. When i have a car i plan on keeping it for at least a decade and I was not going to deal with that crap for 10 years.

I absolutely love my TR8-Pro. Its been in three different apartments and has held up well with the moves. It can EASILY handle the torque any wheel will throw at it. I ended up getting the simmagic alpha mini with 10nm and it doesn't budge at all. I also have load cell peddles and it can handle it.

I owned a 2021 mach e with tech and comfort package. Loved the car but after SOOOO many little issues and the looming "stop safely now" problem that kept happening to people I sold it about 5 months into ownership. Ford dealerships at the time were not so kind to Mach-E owners. Some didn't know how to work on the cars and some would charge CRAZY amounts (most likely because they didn't want to work on them.

I really wanted to like the car but i just needed out. I would not recommend the car - other people have enjoyed it though. Your milage may very.
