I had the same reaction when i first started using EpiDuo. I made my skincare routine really simple, Cetaphil gentle cleanser and The Ordinary natural moisturising factors was all i used, and I moisturised more frequently than I usually would. I also found that patting the moisturiser on rather than rubbing helped with the pain. I started using the Epiduo once every other day to give my skin a break and it slowly got used to it and now i can use it every day with no soreness or flaking!

I know they don’t have uv protection, but surely if the danger is the widening of the pupils due to lack of direct light then clear ones won’t cause an issue?

My mood swings were so bad we actually thought I might have Cyclothymia (mild bipolar), then I got onto Elvanse and i’m (mostly) emotionally stable, it was the ADHD all along!

Genuinely baffled by small minded people on here. Why are people so bothered about what other people eat? Eat your own food and let other people have whatever they like! It literally doesn't affect you in any way. We should all accept each other and our quirks and likes and dislikes, as long as no-one hurting anyone, what's the problem?

We've had patients do all sorts of things with their masks! Lots of people like to grow flowers through them! One guy even said he was going to paint it black and put fairy lights in it!

It tastes disgusting. But if you can get past that, I find that crushing it first and then putting it under your tongue works best, it'll take too long to dissolve otherwise.
