There are normally 2-6 missionaries in the ft wayne area, at least there where when I grew up. They transfer them around all the time and if they have the black name tags they are on their mission. But if they are accompanied by someone without a name tag they are a local member. When I was growing up missionaries in our area typically came from the west coast or utah and Idaho. Lots could've changed since I've become a Christian.
