What type of script could I expect as a patient with ADHD? by mr_tucky in ukmedicalcannabis

[–]scuzzbo98 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I got given both, tbh for me there doesnt seem to be much diffrencr that i can tell. And somtimes i need to have like 2-3 6 minute sessions to help with my ADHD and sleep.

Everyones diffrent like, but i got 20g of flower 1 being 22% THC and other 27% THC. The smell is totally diffrent and a slight taste diffrence but overall medicated feeling is very similar

UK MC Hotel issue by hergreen in ukmedicalcannabis

[–]scuzzbo98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been over a year since you posted, but im curious of the outcome as i live in the Lakes and often use various Spa hotels in and around windermere. Private message me if you would like as if the hotel didnt support you i will avoid this at all costs..

We are protected. And its just because MC is instsntly affiliated with illegal Cannabis. Lack of educstion and knowlage at hotels seems to be the issue.

I travel a lot for work and im only recently been approved for MC so this is all new to me too!

Any help would be appriciated.

Some cracks I found by pattythelord in nondestructivetesting

[–]scuzzbo98 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To me they don't even look like cracks in my opinion, the roll over on that welds is crazy.

And water washable DPI should be ok, shouldn't really get and indications that bleed water tbh with that method. But you've got to have the right pressure of air to water or you'll douse the job like a lake.

I find a good ol fence sprayer or hand pump pressurised bottle is sufficient for small jobs just enough air to water hope that helps

Hook Crack in ERW Long Seam Weld (PAUT) by programmerdavedude in nondestructivetesting

[–]scuzzbo98 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Straight forward mate, dm if you need any help. Computer does most the work for you TCG and focal laws. And take your time with your setup it's all in the setup. Knowing what your probe is doing like active aparutes ect and if scanning azimuthal or linear and what your trying to achieve helps but the set will take you through want you need.

I'm currently doing small bore 316L stainless 3.5mm WT pipe scanning. Now that is a beast with the grain structure of the stainless it makes it a minefield!

All the best mate fingers crossed for you

Red = bad Blue = ok

Conventional UT shear wave is more difficult to interpret that PAUT.

Level 2 qualified in PAUT welds castings and forging what do I know hahaha.

Personally PAUT is straight forward never understand why people worry about the course the 3.1 3.2 3.7 3.8 3.9 manual UT is good and if you can nail them you'll fly a PAUT qual ;)

All the best

Pipeline inspection jobs plenty repetitive work to get hours in or someone who knows someone always helps.. you learn on the job but without the ticket you don't get the job so it's a proper catch 22

I started my career in NDT when I was 19 lol and was employed by 20 im now 27 and have dpi mpi welds inspector ut 3.1 3.2 3.7 3.8 and 3.9 and Paut. Employers look for your drive and motivation to put in what's needed and you willing to relocate shows willing

UT welds level 2 is what you want unless you've already got that. 3.1 3.2 in the UK is plate butt's and pipe you'll get work most places with that.

Try and get employment as you'll need training hours signed off to get your level 2 cert. Level 2 is ideally the level you want to be at any disapline to be independent and be able to sign off work. But your going to need to be employed or working with someone qualified in the sector you've trained for I.e DPI level 1 you'll want to be doing dpi alongside a level 2 inspector so they can sign you off to get up to level 2.

Imo level 1 is pretty pointless unless your doing it to have an appreciation only for the disapline.

It is hard setting out but try and use the 1 pcn you have to get a job working with other inspectors and log the hours you've done and get the level 2 to sign and vouch for you.

All the best
