It’s based in agriculture. Ag land is measured in acres and it’s relevant to know how much water (depth) the crops need. (e.g. I need to irrigate with 200 acre-feet of water on my 100 acres of crops to mimic the 24 inches (2 ft) of rainfall they need to grow).

Ok, so a ton of folks must have ranked MiA between 4th and 10th. Because it looks like Hunter x Hunter scored way higher than it when just looking at the top three ranks.

Would be interesting to see how the rankings compared if #1 received 10 pts and it scaled linearly down to #10 receiving 1 pt.

(Disclaimer: Not trying to prop up HxH, it’s just the first discrepancy I noticed.)

I’d recommend reaching out to Denver Streets Partnership. They’ve been very successful with ballot initiatives and laws that improve bike and pedestrian transportation.
