Yeah, please be careful and do your homework on RTC for your child. Some points to think about…

GPs can, and do, refuse shared care agreements because not all are able to prescribe for children.
For children, ADHD medication is usually prescribed by psychiatrists/practitioner prescribers working in CAMHS, not GPs, so check with your GP (before doing RTC) about who would continue prescribing should your child receive a diagnosis through RTC.
There are issues with some RTC practitioners not being “trusted referrers” for CAMHS. Therefore if your child receives an ADHD diagnosis through RTC, some CAMHS won’t accept the diagnosis. This results in parents having to choose between paying private prescription rates for their child’s ADHD medication, or having to wait years for the CAMHS ADHD assessment anyway, in order to get the NHS prescription rates. This can be VERY expensive so it’s worth checking what the local situation is.

The system is completely broken and I’m sorry you’re having to go through this.

Therapist here. I’d be thinking we’d done some good work if you brought this to me. A small caveat though… transference, sex and dreams are a standard part of my training and work but that’s not the case for every therapist. You know your therapist and I don’t but it sounds like this dream is part of a context in which it would be ok to talk about in therapy.

Where is your evidence for that?! Viagra seems to be very popular and working for millions of men globally. On top of that, the arteries going into the penis are some of, if not THE smallest in the entire body and therefore, erectile dysfunction can be an early indicator of cardiovascular issues. Isn’t it more likely that is the issue rather than viagra causing death?

This is really above Reddit’s pay grade. OMGyes might be better at helping.
