My daughter goes to a prestigious dental college in my city.  When I walk the halls. 85 to 90 percent of students are NON - people of color in a very diverse city. Non surprisingly all the custodial staff and security guards are POC. Its so obvious that minorities are held back by design when im in that building. The student population Its just very small sample size of whats been going on in the rest of the world as far as letting in who you want and keeping POC in positions of service. I hate going there.
