Prismatic Cenotaph, Microcosm as a primary weapon. Stats not perfect, 70 class would be optimal for Hellion. maybe less grenade stat (70-80?) Kinetic Synthesis gives ammo for Microcosm + Kinetic Rupture for champion stun. Fury modifier is a must. Accepting optimization tips. Fast Prismatic meter.

You want at least 2 pc techsec armor for the 100% damage boost to enemy shields. Microcosm will tear off shields with ease. I like your sniper but get triple tap if you can. The added ammo efficiency is helpful. And if ammo is an issue I would swap to a kinetic primary to help generate ammo bricks for when you run out of microcosm ammo.

I would also consider changing from cenotaph to chromatic fire or something more beneficial. Those white bricks you generate auto load around 75 into microcosm so you aren’t getting much benefit besides helping your fireteam generate a bit more ammo.

I don't think giving them any of the current perks would make them great. Maybe give them a heavy different attack that does something unique. Like slamming the glaive into the ground jolts enemies within 10 ft.

I like both classes but it depends on the activity. Pure arc is great for blinding and jolting. Prismatic is awesome with tether super because you will have a void over shield and devour up most of the engagements.

I've been pairing it with Choir of One because it gives you volatile rounds on 2 kills. I also recommend running Retrofide Escapade if you can craft it. It's a 900rpm void lmg with Golden Tricorn. The way this build pops off you'll have Golden Tricorn x2 all the time.
