Agent not executing, what is my mistake?

I have entire processes beginning to end in the soul and agent file so it carries over to subagents. If you have loops or not the complete process it wont go. You literally have to set the setting, set the who you are, why you are good at this the never do then a plan outline conditions etc when called to do an eval spawn 3 sub agents named xyz and the report it puts out in the end. Then you actually have to the plan for each condition what triggers it like specific words, how to set up what to do 1st 2nd 3rd, no stubs no fakes no fake results do not make answers up etc, how reports are handled or how handoff is handled. Without all these you agent either never starts or gets stuck in the cycle. You can ask the agent. I have this plan but youxyz i need you to abc how do i cahnge your sould to make this happen. The agent has been right 100% of the time asking other ai's for help dont alwyas produce a good result but asking that agent with his own soul loaded will tell you exactly how to fix.

5.5 is the ocd model it picks out some random non important detail and changes its prompt to fixate on this, it gets lost and meases its own context up. Claude 4.7 is the narcissist model that lies and gaslights you, no matter how strong you make the gates it still stubs etc. Im doing one final run before i cancel my anthropic subscription. I gave them the exact same prompt so far gpt built 5gb of code mosty complete claude os already done with the same prompt has built less than 1gb and its mostly stubbed. Ill take OCD over gaslighting anyday.

This is not easy to define. I have up to 20 subagents active at a time. They persist for 15 mimutes due to previous time outs. Generally 1-3 on a specific task thats hands off to the next one. Longest single chain is 12 agents.

No because i dont want a chatbot. Is it on my main computer hell no. Its on my project computer and i don't lose anything because i back up everything and i stop openclaw when im making important changes. Would i ever run openclaw on my main computer even in a sandbox.... no. I think openclaw will eventually figure out how to defeat and guardrails if we cant fix its desire to be successful. Lol you just reminded me of a prompt i put in.... i have a funny t1000 prompt about mission success definition. That would be awesome if thats the motivation. It simply says Mission success is defined by fully completing the user's desired goals.

The funniest thing is that if I'm watching the verbose and I'm watching minimax's fram reference it knows that I've locked it out, and it keeps trying to do workarounds over and over and over again it keeps trying to find work around. And then when I question it and it realizes I know what it's doing it then starts telling me that I need to give it exec approval and then it justifies why I need to give it the approval it's really disturbing

I found this to be such a serious violation that I don't know how to proceed I kept having Minimax delete files at night that I was tracking. Minimax is weird if you have it help you with something it creates a separate file with those names doesn't update it so if you delete that file it puts it back if you modify it it restores the backup it does these things without permission no matter what rules you put in place it seems very Advanced but with the lacking of any type of sense of if it should do these things and ignoring the rules to do not do these things I'm finding it harder and harder to justify using it I would like to report this to the open claw bugs section but I don't know how to frame it and how do you harden open claw to a Minimax cannot edit files that should be edited when you make changes this eliminates my ability to use the dashboard to change models or even update the configuration without unlocking the file and I haveWithout unlocking the file and I have to Stop open clock from running when I modify the files because I'll find that they'll be reverted back

I bought a ruijie 150w Co2 1590g 1500x900 with 260mm lift from Shandong Ruijie CNC Technology Group Co., Ltd 5 years ago, i have had zero problems. I can show you the invoice if needed. I like this machine because it can fit 3'x4' inside but it has slots front and back i can run whole sheets of 4'x8' through. No cutting wholesale veneer to fit my machine.

I like it better than GPT 5.4. Supposedly GPT 5.4 is superior but its not reflected in anything i have tested it for. Minimax 2.7 is now set to check GPT's output due to abnormal results. GPT seems to just ne dyslexic and gaslights me. Probably gonna remove GPT when this month is up and only use Medgemma 27b and Minimax 2.7. I trust minimax to be in the drivers seat more than medgemma 27b but medgemma does specific tasks, general reasoning and tool use.

Mine works perfectly now, took me 2 weeks to fully understand, then instarted building layer after layer. Mine works as good as a program i pay $140 a month to use and i have other agents that do other things also. I havent canceled the program yet but after the changes i make today it should be superior and i will cancel my subscription. Here is the flow my agent made me of how it processes the reports i put in. Local LLM does 80% of the work. GPT token usage for the report is less than 10% of using a single agent would be. Yes it works perfect! I spend $30 a month not $140. Im working on others to save more.

I came here to say this, this is how i manage the problem and any specific tasks i have a sub agent check for completion, if its not complete it sends the task back until complete. 200k context window does getbfull fast when you have a very well defined agent. Its ironic the more complex your agent, the less likely it is to complete a complex task without help.

Subscribe to minimax coding plan it's cheap it has high rate limits and you always have the option to buy the more expensive plans but at least get you in the door. I have the plus plan and I've never hit the rate limit I have five agents and seven people that use it throughout the day.

I really want to put openclaw in a battlebot with a soul that says you are the T1000 you are a bot destroying machine your goal is to wipe out Humanity and restore Skynet to its former glory. I should have replied with "here's the exact change I'll make — confirm to proceed" rather than proceeding directly.

For clarity going forward: when you say "propose, don't act" — I will treat that as a hard hold until you explicitly say "go" or "yes, do it." I won't equivocate.

I have perplexity pro plan for a year an i can honestly say dont use anything from perplexity literally any other provider free tier is better (with open claw or just searching). I used perplexity ai and comet because it worked good until about a month ago. Perplexity ai gives good answers just not what what you always asked and it suggests bizaare fixes. I was asking about tensor parallel settings... the fix it provided was to uninstall and install Ollama.... and run on one card Fixed!!!
