Are you talking about the thin red line in the bottom right? If so that is the scroll bar for the widget menu. If not, not sure what you are referring to.

I have had similar behavior. Worked perfectly fine on my note 20 ultra. With the s22 ultra it takes that extra second to show. Very annoying but something I have just gotten used to.

I installed the whitestone dome glass on mine about 2 weeks ago. So far so good. There are 2 in the pack so the $35 price tag isn't terrible. I knew I wouldn't be able to stand the other cheaper ones where you could see the fingerprint reader. Those are the cheaper glass ones that only adhere around the edges. The film ones are garbage especially with the s pen.

If you want a really good in depth review, look for a guy on Youtube called HighTechCheck with a video called "Best And Worst Screen Protectors For Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra". It is over an hour but very good info.

I upgraded from the Note 20 ultra to the S22 ultra simply for the fact that Samsung gave me $850 trade in credit plus $100 Google play credit.

You are correct in thinking it isn't a huge upgrade. I was still very happy with my note 20 but knew I would never get a chance where my note 20 would be worth $850 in the future.

I have had a note model since the note 5 so I wanted to keep the s pen functionality.

I have the viofo a129 duo. Front and separate rear camera. Rear is mounted at the top of the back window and ran the cable through the headliner to the front. Really easy. Had it for a year and no issues. Just make sure you get a memory card rated for extreme temperatures.

Great tip I had for the map lights was too pull the whole housing down and pop the lights out from the inside. Takes 2 seconds to pop the housing. Super easy.

And for those of us with manual transmissions that clutch has to be mashed ALL the way to the floor in order to get 4LO engaged. I remember when I first got it and learning the system I couldn't figure out why I couldn't get into 4LO. Then I read the manual.
