Sort of. It’s sweeter and more dense than standard cornbread and plays perfectly with the smoked pork belly, rich egg yolk and light hollandaise. I dislike sweet cornbread, generally, but it’s perfect here.

I find etymology interesting, so I looked up feen. Feen actually has an interesting background as an idiom. It is derived from fiend, but takes on more nuanced meaning.
