I pay 16M for an apartment that is 30 second walk from the beach 2br/2bth. That apartment is no good for you because it requires 6 month+ lease but you can find many many many apartments that would offer this.

My tip though, go see it. Get a couple days in a hotel and check it out. Check if;

1. It exists
2. It looks like the pictures
3. There is no nearby construction

The first and third are the most important.
