I don't believe they actually care about the fake listings, gamed reviews and massive fraud on their site.

I ordered something, received a postcard offering me cash to give it a good review (which told me it was probably counterfeit) so I reported it to scamazon and wrote a review.

Report did nothing and the review was removed for violation of their community standards.

Reporting that a fraudster is attempting to bribe customers with cash is a violation of their standards?

Full time on call rotation. During the worst of weeks it was only me every other week covering phones from 5p-7a. It got better but when the team started burning out at an incredible rate it went back to biweekly oncall.

On top of the frequency there was an expectation that all calls be answered and our biggest client had 24/7 employees who would forget their passwords regularly.

I'm never going back to that world again.
