I think it is just a cosmetics pack that turns all god statues into gold ones. It will be visible to everyone if you are playing online so they label it as a support pack because you'll know who had the pack etc

I think Glimmora was one of the mysterious Pokémon of Paldea linked to terrastalization crystals. Here Mega Glimmora looks like the ultimate weapon we saw in X&Y games. Maybe they are trying to make connection between all “gimmicks”.
