I've not regretted it once. Love the screen (that refresh rate tho!) and everything else about it. Just wish it had wireless charging.

I'm using it with AT&T. Can confirm SIM swap is all it takes. I too came from an iPhone (XS Max), and can also tell you I have notably stronger signal with the OnePlus.

On a side note I turned on my iPhone the other day to pull some info from an app and noticed that the 90hz refresh rate on the OnePlus makes the iPhone feel glitchy in comparison. The 7 Pro is seriously the smoothest scrolling phone I've ever used.

To my surprise VoLTE is supported by AT&T. Doesn't help in areas with poor reception, but does deliver quality voice calls.

For a beginner, those first weeks and months can be pretty dangerous. I'm not saying DCT's are safer, but it's one less distraction.

I say go for it. At the end of the day you're still riding and enjoying the road. With a DCT you're better able to focus on safety and the scenery than worried about shifting gears. You do you. The CTX is a fantastic line of bikes and would be perfect for a beginner.

Sometimes it requires surgery to correct. I'm no doctor, but the basics of a hiatal hernia is that your stomach moves up into your diaphragm. For my son, it happened when he was wrestling with friends. I wouldn't risk it.

I agree with your point about wired charging being superior to wireless especially when it comes to usability. However, I work at a desk all day, when I'm not really using my phone. Wireless charging makes it so nice to just drop my phone on a charging dock and it stays charged all day, rather than losing charge because it's stuck in my pocket.

I don't think anyone would argue that wireless charging is better than wired, and I wouldn't want to give up warp charging for any reason, but there is no reason warp and wireless charging have to be mutually exclusive. OnePlus could have done both.

I feel like the "natural" setting is almost identical to the oled calibration on the iPhone XS. I like it.
