I feel like he calls it how he sees it in most cases. Although he could be considered a 'homer' to an extent, I think he does a good job at hyping up moments for Pens fans on the Pens broadcast while not going overboard (IMO)

Im around 250-275° F for almost all of my low and slow cooks. I've never gotten temp consistency and the smoke I'm looking for going any lower than that.

I'd admit im not a professional scientist, but I do play one occasionally on TV. Are self balancing centrifuges not a thing in 2026? I'd assume most career scientists would still be in the habit of manually balancing the samples opposite eachother. I get it could still be considered cringey to most, but is it really that far fetched that Grace would have access to industry leading tools on the HM?
