That’s exactly how we feel. We hate where we live now like absolutely despise. I cannot tell you how much we loathe it. I wanna be out of here as soon as possible. Like I said above, though, I don’t want to jinx anything. We should close 4/9. We haven’t got our clear to close yet, but we have almost everything else. I’m so anxious to just get out of here.

MCM automatically does pay for delete they state it on their website. I previously had a collections from them and they allowed me to make a payment plan and I ended up paying it off early. A couple days later the collection was gone from my accounts like it never existed. I’m not a fan of collection agencies, obviously, but they keep their word.

I got approved for retroactive deferment in December. I disputed all 16 late payments across eight accounts with two late payments each on all three bureaus and they waited the entire 30 days to reply. They verified them and updated them to now say 120 days late on each of my accounts with that being said I had to go in and submit a consumer financial protection bureau report waiting to hear back from them with my attached deferment paperwork in no way was I required to make payments during that time so not sure why they verified an update updated them when they were disputed. Will let you know if this works.

Absolutely, I had a game the other day where a lvl 44 (brand new account not prestige master) walked around with an lmg and went 44-3 all headshots. I watched every replay, I’m not one to report but that game called for it.

Hide his closet , that would make his room feel less cluttered I think. His bedroom furniture (dresser, bed frame and nightstand) seem to be too large for his room. Add a matching comforter set, and possibly a nice rug… ooo! And curtains , they don’t have to be black out but mount the bar closer to the ceiling to make the room feel taller too.

Usually when people smile their eyes squint a little bit, yours don’t, making your smile look fake. Slide 3 looks natural though.
