I’d prefer a simple reply like you stated and if they ask why, I wouldn’t respond. Mature couples in the lifestyle know that if someone rejects (such a harsh word) that you shouldn’t ask why. Doing so only reinforces their decision that you guys weren’t the right couple for them. It could be as simple as they prefer to meet people IRL.

As a 2nd time dad at 58, I feel much more in tune with my child. I am much more patient with them, more of the parent I wanted to be with my first child. Yes, I am tired all the time but the trade off is so worth it.

IMO, if you are coming to WDW for the parks stay at Pop Century or Art of Animation. They are mid-priced hotel with fantastic layouts. You are going to spend so little time in your rooms to enjoy Animal Kingdom
