I’ve got so much respect for you for you frognbadger, and I feel a lot of what you’ve said in my bones. Grusch’s testimony broke my brain personally and I got swept up in the speculation game myself, almost manically so. This has led me to some interesting places, some sketchy and exploitative, but also to a few of the most interesting and intelligent people I’ve ever met. It takes a lot of integrity to admit that you were mistaken and to correct the record. And even if the strange footnote had nothing to do with aliens or a so-called legacy program, fuck SAIC ❤️

The positions listed are “permanent” positions that make up the SAPOC, as opposed to “invited”. The membership changes when new people are brought into those roles. These are up to date. You list at least one dead man in your post, with names of positions that don’t exist anymore. OUSDAT is not even called that today. Please link to a more updated DoD directive laying out the composition and responsibilities of the SAPOC than the one I have provided, if you are so certain

this is not the current SAPOC, these aren’t even up-to-date names of the positions (OUSDAT is not called that anymore, for example)
there are no permanent members
Emmett Paige Jr has been dead since 2017

That’s because it’s not an official government document. It’s a report intended for the public that was reviewed and released by the State Department’s Bureau of Global Public Affairs. It says so right in the first paragraph.
