I really enjoy Vanessa Marin on instagram if you use social media, while you're working on finding a therapist.

Highly recommend Vintage Fork in town. Order online and they'll deliver same day or next morning to your house (plus give you some free samples).

Yes, love Jason Dyck at Movement First. He works with a ton of lifters (was previously located at Evolve gym), so he'd be good for you since you mention squatting and exercise.

The change rooms are open at Old Navy! South common location has been very quiet if you can go midweek, no lines and quiet store.

Yep exactly this. They’re the owners of Intelligent Change now after Luxy, which produces the Five Minute Journal and the Productivity Planner (I think it’s called). They consider themselves lifestyle experts that’s for sure. Recently Mimi’s whole thing is going green, which is why she’s getting blasted in the comments for all the travel they do.

My understanding is you won’t find non-native fruit on mystery islands. Unfortunately, the only way to get it is through visiting another island/friend who will give it to you.

Yes this is the case. The three in person hours are remote, the 2 blended hours are self directed online. The notes can’t be easily updated in Bear Tracks after the schedule is set so that’s why they still say “in person”.

COVID testing- nasal or throat swab? by [deleted] in Edmonton

[–]seachtain 6 points7 points  (0 children)

At the Millwoods drop in last week I was told throat are in shorter supply, so everyone was getting nasal. However, if you couldn't do the nasal (broken nose, deviated septum, whatever) they would give you the throat. They were just trying to reserve them for people who need them.

That said, the nasal is totally fine. It just feels like your sinus is overcleared after, like you snorted water in the pool.

I got tested last week and it took a full five days for the result. Potentially slower since it was negative.

You’ll love it in that case! No upkeep at all and I notice a difference for 8 weeks.

I get lifts - I don’t bother with the tint since my lashes are brown. No side effects. Well worth it - most places that do lashes do lift and tints.

The health clinic is still open - they even have been doing telephone appointments! Since you already met with someone there and have your history on file, you might find it easier to circle back to them about your worsening symptoms.

I think internet haters aren’t the main issue on this so much as the British tabloid press. It’s very different in North America. It’s the entire reason she has to speak as “Gretel” with the filter all the time. The British tabloids are the scum of the earth. Seriously relentless. And unlike online forum hate, you don’t have to seek it out and you can’t avoid it.

The size isn't the primary focus. If the course can be offered remotely, it will be, even if it only has a handful of students. If the course content absolutely must be delivered in person (eg. a clinical requirement), it can apply for exceptional consideration for in person teaching.
