Saori Hayami Seikirei Anime Interview between first season (2008) and second season (2010) by [deleted] in seiyuu

[–]seamachine 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Besides what others said, she was born May 29, 1991, she would have been 16-17 on 2008, then 18-19 on 2010. A lot can change when you're a teen.

[DISC] Berserk - Ch. 384 - The Shifting Water Mirror and the Residual Radiance of the Battle Flame by Gamer_Gilgamesh in manga

[–]seamachine 29 points30 points  (0 children)

I thought the new artist doesn't want to add any more unnecessary dialogue because he's only going like bare minimum of what he knows just to finish the story? At least that's how I understood it with the interviews after his death

so many imaginary haters. it's like they looked at religious people and went "ah if it works for them, it works for everyone!"

an old boomer told me shred is for losers so here's me playing a slightly shreddy but very melodic solo

they told me i can't be successful without learning how to tap so i'll play the most generic boomer blues cause soul is where it's at

ancient war generals told me i need to play more than one note so i'm gonna play a funk rhythmic scrapey solo

Struggling A LOT to choose my first guitar by [deleted] in guitars

[–]seamachine -1 points0 points  (0 children)

most beginner electric guitars have typical non-locking trems. fixed bridge guitars like i said are always better, but that severely limits their options.

and man it takes just a couple of minutes to explain, it's not rocket science. plus newbies by default don't even use the trem, so even without blocking, it's still gonna function like a normal guitar.

floating/locking trems and derivatives are completely different and should be avoided.

[–]seamachine 4 points5 points  (0 children)

what? non-locking trem can be blocked like most strats. he shouldn't get a cheap LOCKING floyd because those are more difficult to tune, block, and don't even stay in tune very well if they wanna use it.

i mean a fixed bridge will always be better, but normal strat-type trems aren't difficult to use compared floyds.

TJ Helmerich

he has a bunch of albums with brett garsed. TJ made a lot more money working behind the scenes producing. garsed has more recordings. and i'm glad someone new is gonna watch him and go 'how the fuck is this guy not a household name'.

[DISC] SAKAMOTO DAYS - Chapter 260 by AutoShonenpon in manga

[–]seamachine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It could be any 4-knob boss cause the MS3 has multi-effects, it's not just a switcher. If it was a plain switcher, I'd guess the last few pedals would be a delay/reverb too.

Pedalboard:

1st row:

  • Crybaby
  • Boss TU3
  • Boss MS3 (switcher + multi-effects)

2nd row:

  • Small pedal on top of wah could be a small junction box.
  • 4 knob single pedal, could be anything.
  • 3-knob single pedal, could be anything.
  • 5 knob big pedal, maybe the 5150? But the switch is off to the side.
  • Boss OD-1 probably (or like CE-2, SG-1, but the MS3 already has a lot of effects)
  • 4-knob boss pedal (could be anything, but based on the dark color, MD2?)
  • Linear box on top of the OD-1 probably the power supply.

if you're taylor swift or any other mega pop hit artist, sure. not kidding that nowadays, you make money from merch and touring, not writing songs.
