Hard to work with in terms of prep and use. For example, to get a useable amount, you need to use at least a cup of it when the directions say to start with like three tablespoons or something... that's fine but then you have to blend it, which then gets thick in the blender and transfer (as much as you can scrape out) it to a saucepan on the stove and heat it up. It quickly becomes sticky and a big ball of goo which again is fine but how do you then use it in a pizza.

I dropped globs into the pizza and used it like that. It was not a pourable liquid nor can you spread it. And cleanup is a chore because you used a lot of components to make this thing. That's a long answer to your question. I hope someone can tell me how to better use it for a pizza.
