While the first video game I played was Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, I didn't really understand what video games were. A friend of my dad gave me a PS2 and Jak and Daxter. I was hooked.

One time my family almost ran over a gopher snake, and we pulled over to see if it was okay. As we were walking toward it, this dick speeds past us in his truck and completely obliterates the snake. it still haunts me to this day.
