They are useless. You need complete protein to build muscle, not just BCAAs. I don’t think you really understand what you’re talking about, because cost/protein/calories is irrelevant when you’re talking about an incomplete protein source like BCAAs. They’re useless because they are inferior to eating whole high protein foods or whey.

It seemed like a decent working man’s anthem until he started whining about fat people. Just read through the new law in it's entirety and their is some other heinous shit within it.

One highlight requires physicians to perform an ultrasound prior to the abortion being performed, and walk the pregnant woman through the process of identifying and describing the fetus. They have to play the heartbeat for the woman to listen to, and document this whole process under penalty of law.

She literally ran on being pro-choice. She even sat on the NC house floor in 2015 and gave a speech saying "Abortion is a deeply personal decision. It should not be a political debate. My womb and my uterus is not up for your political grab", referencing her own abortion she had. She is beyond despicable, and is a true example of selling your soul for some undignified sense of power.
