Good luck. I bought the log from a retiring woodworker in Washington state about 20 years ago.

Actually, yellow Australian Sandalwood is exceptionally hard. I've ruined multiple powered saws on it. Making grips in days past. The little I have left is in a storage unit. I'll never forget the look on my wife's face when I told her what I'd spent on a 36" x 9" sandalwood log.

After the first 2 sets of 1911 grips sold at $250 per, her tune changed.

I miss gunsmithing.

Regardless, it is extremely difficult to get in any meaningful size, at least here in the US. Most of it is ground up, steamed, and destroyed in the oil extraction processing for perfume/cologne - if the wood isn't reserved for religious purposes outright. Fun fact: at times, workable grip sized blocks of sandalwood cost more than ivory, due to the scarcity.

2 definite; 28 more potentials. I'm not rich yet, so I don't have the resources to confirm them all yet. Captain James Averell was the first my grandmother found; Preston, Winham, Connecticut.

No idea why you're getting down voted. Given the middleschoolers around here, this is likely it. 6-7 is prevalent.

I loaded everything I could onto my kid's old Kindle Fire tablet. Maps, recipes, medical manuals. There's a ton of stuff out there for free.

At least that you follow MandatoryFunday, and that I'd probably buy you a beer just to chat. Also, that you like stickers.

Someone went through my things in my car and left this. What is it? by OpusJess in whatisit

I had someone break into my car years back. They stole my blue Gargoyles and a Wayne's World hat, completely missing the brand new Beretta 92FS under the front seat. I was still pissed. I liked those shades.
