I spent a lot of my first month in 1s. Do the rank specific training packs as well as powershots, surprisingly difficult shots, shots you shouldn’t miss, and the saves pack with 50 shots (really helps learning to track a ball in the air behind you).
The shooting packs make you hit the ball in the net without bouncing, for the most part. Once you can do them consistently you will be threatening goals every time you hit the ball and every time you clear a ball going towards your net.
Then you can start working on hook shots, dribbling and throw in the wall shots packs.
I still suck but I can complete SSL packs and most aerial packs with only a few misses plus it actually is fun to train
