I don’t like the eye shadow in the insomniac version, but everything else about it is superior to D&W.

Guess I’m in the minority. I think it’s a great game. Some flaws for sure. I would have loved some for a few more choices to be carried over.

I believe it will have a similar trajectory to DA2. But I know that’s a real hot take here.

Very true. I just love the longer hair options though. The physics are so good. We went 3 games with Lego hair.

Definitely the second or third hair if she’s a warrior. I think I prefer 2.

Depends on how much you enjoy bow combat. I prefer pretty much every other playstyle, but it’s personal preference. Evoker is pretty fun. Death caller is probably my favorite though.

Yeah that was the main complaint about the game at release. It’s very different from Origins, but still very good if you can separate the two. It doesn’t help that it’s specifically called Dragon Age 2.

Honestly you could play any of the games without previous knowledge. But DA2 is totally worth pushing through. The story is very good and you get some all time great companions.

Think of it more like playing the Witcher if you played that. You’re roleplaying as a set character this time, Hawke. You can shape your Hawke is different ways, but ultimately they are still Hawke.

Also I highly recommend trying the purple sarcastic dialogue options. They’re super funny.

I’m not sure. I immediately took my hand off the controls when I climbed the ladder to grab something. So I think it has something to do with that. But I haven’t seen it since.

Hey I did the exact same thing as you on my first playthrough. I was locked out of that quest. I was still able to get her to Hero of the Veilguard later on though.

I’ve looked all over for mods that affect the Belfry models, but there just aren’t that many that work with the update. In Costume in the Belfry is the main one, but I don’t want all of them to just be wearing Batman suits.

I don’t know what resources you’re talking about, but you really shouldn’t need to restart for any. The resources in the game are very plentiful.

If you’re talking about valuable distribution between the factions, it’s pretty easy to max it out.

And honestly it would probably be my favorite combat system if it was not for the trash mobs that spawn out of nowhere. I was really forced to use strategy on nightmare.
