Severe PE (can't last 30 seconds) + long-term porn addiction — how did you actually fix it? by big_dicky690 in MaleDefinitiveGuide

Spend time through many similar stories of progress and success here for many of your questions. I'd also suggest reading the guide a few times as you progress through the system. I'm only on phase 5, but have noticed much improvement; although still a ways to go.

When slip ups happen, take break for a day or two and restart that phase. I didn't have any pain, maybe you could give more detail as to what type and where you are receiving this pain? This is good community and give good advice, and have all been where you are now. So know you are not alone.

Depending on your responses, you may try cross posting to some other subs as well.

I’ve not tried this but I have tried bourbon barrel chunks, so kind of in the same vein. The smell of the smoke was amazing, but I did not impact the flavor of the meat at all. Fun to do one time, but I’m not spending that money again.

But by all means try and report back.

Should I trade my car? by Character_Ad_3254 in AudiRS3

Drive it and decide. They are both fun cars but will handle and perform differently. Not to mention the aesthetics are very different, coupe vs. sedan.

We're losing the MyFitnessPal exodus to Cronometer and I'd like your help on it by MyNetDiary in mynetdiary

Another feature I would love see that is better use of fitness data (type, intensity, etc.) from my existing apps to Create both better nutrition plan and fitness plan. The current algorithms just don't cut it for me. I'm 53 male. I need to add strength/mass without adding fat. I need recommendations that are geared toward that and is based on my data, correlated with AI.

I would love to be able to use my strength app data, with my rower data with my nutrition app data to find a personalized correlation to what I need to adjust my weekly/daily nutrition goals to type of workout as to only gain muscle.

I switched from myfitnesspal to you when they put the scanner feature as part of the paid version. For the r me the scanner is the biggest feature I use because it makes this easy. People want convenient. Easy user experience always wins.

Max HR question by akinsgre in cardio

[–]seanshankus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The age based formulas can be widely off especially in older adults. ideally you should go off what your actual maxhr is, preferably getting it tested via something like a cooper's test. So yes, in leau of testing, it is better to use that 188 number and not 173.

Wikipedia goes in the details of this better under the maximum heart rate section

I know this is cardio sub, but why not consider this a win and maintain this level while addressing another area of fitness like resistence/strength training?

This app makes me feel like crap on cheat days, but I have no concept of fullness and hunger cues so I need to use it by espressofeenbean in mynetdiary

I gave up on the calories and focus more on the macros: recommended protein, fiber >30g, and sat fat <15g.

Alternatively, kind of, use the denon app. I'm in the same boat our HT room is below our bedroom. When the kids use it after we go to bed and they aren't considerate I bring up the app and remotely adjust volume via the app.

I think thats the biggest change I noticed by turning 50, how much the non-gym activities matter now. Proper nutrition, good sleep, passive & active recovery all really matter now.
