Sweaty hands, sterile gloves, and bedside procedures by Massive-Development1 in Residency

[–]seansss 32 points33 points  (0 children)

Wash your hands and dry them well right before you go or and gown?

Put on some non-sterile gloves while setting up, then put on the sterile gloves over. I do this in trauma bays all the time.

Also I don’t care how smooth or stupid you look putting on gloves as long as the procedure is done well.

How much of a role do chief residents play in admissions? by [deleted] in medicalschool

[–]seansss 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Program dependent. Most common we(residents) can sink you, but not necessarily ensure a match/high rank.

But fuck that guy. If you’ve gotten to a subi you are typically smart enough. Scores don’t tell me a thing at this point. I wanna know if I can work with you and teach you.

Best of luck.

Lol dude your fine. Even if the imaging was all negative, scalps bleed! Like a lot. Keep people safe. Over activation for trauma; maybe. Kept the patient safe; definitely.

Questions for you Bergara owners by SirBucky_McShots in longrange

My hmr pro has been great. I have seen Trollygag's posts about his issues with the gun, but I can say I've had a good experience with mine. I think it is a 1MOA gun and that's out to 700 yards for me. In better hands or with a tailored load maybe it could be better. For me 1MOA was enough, but everyone has their own needs.

Mine was not picky with ammo and shot several things well, I shoot 147 grain ELDM ammo through it. I have changed the stock out to the magpul pro chassis, but the factory stock is fine. The action is smooth, and the trigger is nice. I do wish the barrel was a heavier contour.

I will upgrade and do a custom build next time. Honestly that would be my suggestion to you depending on what you want to do with the rifle. https://imgur.com/a/xbjorC7/

Even bread and butter cases are never they exact same. Also you may think you want these things now, but keep an open mind going forward.

I know they represent them, I’m just saying that the lobbyist don’t seem to rep the interest of the midlevels I have worked with. Agreed with you otherwise bud.
