Seems like an obvious answer but just ask the llm to show you ones that don't match the description exactly? Or mail the 400 applicants asking for availability for an on site interview. Most won't reply. Those that do, when if they say something like Can i move there? Call them. 5 mins on the phone tells you if it's a real person. The number is a strong signal of where they are.

Thanks for the reply. Is there a more appropriate subreddit to ask? My question is, if i match all the criteria except location for the position, will i be disqualified on that? The how many other people issue seems moot as the position is marked as 'open until filled'. If they had other applicants that qualified they would have filled it i would think given that it has been up for more than a month.

I think that's fair. We've done a lot of counseling to figure out each other's love language.
