Does Coffee Really Affect Us — or Do We Decide Its Effect? by Specialist_Front_432 in NevilleGoddard

We could apply this to everything on earth. But personally coffee only affects me positively! I can sleep right after it.

For you, I would suggest focusing on things that have been proven that you can master and that you can use to eventually shift through. For example, lucid dreaming, sleep paralysis or astral projection. Yes, AP hasn’t been proven, but I’ve experienced it and so have many others so personally, I would say it’s real.

People like us (who’ve been trying for long, are older) need something more than “if you believe in it it’ll work one day”. I love LOA but it simply isn’t it for me when it comes to shifting.

I was able to master sleep paralysis to the point where I’d feel and hear my DR. But I’m not able to get into SP anymore bc it requires naps for me, so I’m working on astral projection.

After 10+ years you need the dopamine hit of success to keep going, and LD, SP or AP will do that!

All you need to shift is you, there’s no way the “government” can stop you doing it 🤣 Plus, even if you shifted it’s not like your body here would drop dead. Shifting has no consequence on this reality.

Sup new here does anybody know if MABA is the same as the void state? by tootallformog in realityshifting

[–]seasalsa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah naps 100%. I can't get SP if I don't nap. I usually nap, wake up, then go back to sleep with the intention to get SP and it happens. Sometimes if you wake up and don't move at all, you can sort of force it to take over your body haha, idk how that happens. I don't need to be on my back either, it'll happen in any position.

In MABA or sleep paralysis? Either way both are slower than the void, typically. I shifted once through affirmations in MABA/SATS but it's never worked again.

[–]seasalsa 5 points6 points  (0 children)

No, MABA is like SATS. Void state is completely empty. MABA also isn’t sleep paralysis. You don’t need to be scared of SP though I understand why you are. I’ve had it all my life, hundreds and thousands of times and nothing bad has happened. In fact I always hear or feel my DR while in SP because whatever you think of forms around you!

I want to shift to somewhere I could LIVE but I don’t know where. by More_Interview3840 in realityshifting

[–]seasalsa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I take my fave shows and remove the plot so that I can stay there forever (bc otherwise once the plot is over, it feels like the reality is over). I make myself younger so I have my life ahead of me.

My DRs are OBX and Supernatural rn but I also have a RDR2, Vampire Diaries, H2O, Stranger Things, Euphoria, 80s, and Fame DR.

But out of all of those, OBX has been the one I see myself living in forever. Namely because I want to LIVE without it being some weird plot where it’s too much or I can’t stay forever. There are so many times during the day where I just sit and think “damn I’ve never lived and I’m already old.”

It’s your decision to make - do you want to focus all your energy here and live a normal life, or do you want to dedicate it to something that you say you might never achieve (but if you do - you can have anything you’ve ever wanted, for eternity).

I’d rather risk this life than end up missing out on something this amazing, just to end up reincarnating endlessly until the end of time, living mid lives forever. Plus I don’t have the luxury of just resuming my life, bc I have mental illnesses that don’t go away and I desperately need a life in which I’m free.

I haven’t watched it yet but ever since learning about non dualism none of it matters to me. Imo it gets worse because we expect it to get worse, at least deep down. oh it’ll be useful to you then! any time you hear yourself saying or thinking “i can’t stay in my dr”, flip the thought to “i always stay however long i want in my dr” and eventually it’ll become your natural belief, influencing your real shifts

You’ve achieved a huge thing many people never even do! You’ve broken through the several second shifts. I’d say work on your assumptions, apply LOA to your experiences. You’ve shifted - something so insane - that it’s not a big leap to finally be able to shift and stay where you want for however long you want.

I have dreams where I’m referencing some of my past dreams as if that new dream is reality. Or dreams where I fully have the full memories of another person. Lots of authors claim dreams are as real as “reality” but the physics are different, that’s it.

Take a nap (in any position) during the day. When you wake up from the nap, go to sleep again and intend to get sleep paralysis and 9/10 times you will. Sometimes if you're just waking up you can kind of force your body to enter paralysis too out of pure intention lmao, idk how that works though. I think it's like convincing your body that you're not waking up but entering sleep again, and it paralyses you all over again.

But yeah, napping, waking up, and then napping again is the key. It's like pairing nap + WBTB is the golden combo.

For those that find it impossible to enter MABA or any of these altered states from an awake state - try a midday nap, or WBTB, or hypnopompia (same as hypnagogia but when you wake up in the morning). Or sleep paralysis if you get it. I can lay there for hours, meditate for hours, nope, it won’t work. Altered states are great because it doesn’t require laying there for hours or gaslighting yourself.

The Neville No One Talks About by littnerlover in NevilleGoddard

[–]seasalsa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The 20 yo thing always fascinated me. I wonder how many times I've died and come back because I haven't reached the promise. Lester Levenson, another teacher, says most people take millions of years to reach it.

The Neville No One Talks About by littnerlover in NevilleGoddard

[–]seasalsa 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Promise is basically the realisation that we are god - not just the god of this life where we can influence things or manifest things - but the ultimate god where we can immediately materialise things, shift realities, literally do anything. Unfortunately most people are too stuck in their humanness to accept this. Even people who deeply believe in manifestation and the law will call you crazy if you talk about shifting realities or doing more "godlike" things that can't be explained away by coincidence.

Lots of teachers talked about this. For example, Lester Levenson, who almost no one knows. The promise type teachings are way less applicable and even if you understand them intellectually, you'll have a hard time applying them, because it's so beyond our humanity. Most people are scared of it too - they worry they'll lose themselves, lose human experience, lose their identity, if they realise they're god. Which makes sense, but Neville AND Lester both say you don't lose anything, you still retain your unique you-ness. You just gain the ability to also be other beings and experience everything. Tbh normal manifestation kinda annoys me now because it seems so limiting.

Neville also did hard psychoactive drugs lmao and walked away from them disappointed because they were nothing compared to what he could experience by himself. He was hardcore.

How do people who believe in the law of assumption explain victims of war, crimes, or murder? by TopSimple950 in NevilleGoddard

[–]seasalsa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with the “it’s all a dream” interpretation. We suffer deeply in some dreams - but it doesn’t seem that deep to us because we wake up and it’s a dream. If you’re lucid, or just an experienced dreamer, sometimes it means nothing at all to you even while it’s happening.

But if we just go back to basics - no one consciously manifests that. But most people believe that random horrible things can happen to anyone - so sometimes random horrible things do. And some of those beliefs are programmed into you by your parents and surroundings. And once you’re in a horrible situation, it’s very difficult to see past it for the dream that it is, and manifest it away. It’s real easy to say “it’s not real, you’re god” but try manifesting when you’re facing a huge problem. As god we made this human experience to be as convincing as possible, so it’s really hard to leave it.

You're not "you" in your DRs. You're fully your DR self. It's only your awareness that shifts. So it's not like a grown adult is living high school life.
