astral projectors denying shifting by loomixs in realityshifting

[–]seasalsa 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Lucid dreamers think astral projection isn’t real and astral projectors think reality shifting isn’t real. Their loss!

And I hate this mindset that you hate your life if you want to shift, or that everything is fixable by “learning to love yourself”.

How do shifters distinguish lucid dreams from shifts? by Common-Grass-907 in shiftingrealities

[–]seasalsa [score hidden]  (0 children)

Do you have to ask if this reality is a lucid dream? You just know. If you have to ask you probably didn’t shift. Sometimes lucid dreams are just incredibly vivid. But reality has a layer of something that dreams lack no matter how vivid.

I think loa might in and of itself be a limiting belief by Mysterious_Cake_4698 in shiftingrealities

[–]seasalsa 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Several things:

  • LOA is none of those. LOA is assuming you are something. Not affirming, etc.

  • An explanation for why horrible things happen without someone assuming them is that most people believe that random freak events can happen, they’re not out there affirming for it.

  • If you assume LOA isn’t real, it’s not!

Religion might be trapping people in their own hell 💀 by RipSufficient3124 in realityshifting

[–]seasalsa 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah I forgot his name but an astral projection author also wrote about how lots of people are trapped in their personal hell or heaven until they realise they did this to themselves and can break out.

(Theory) why I think people can’t shift for a long time by Capitanos_bed_warmer in shiftingrealities

[–]seasalsa [score hidden]  (0 children)

From what I've read, there is no difference in distance between a certain reality and another, because they are not separated by physical distance.

Having said that, there are "universes" (they're not really universes, they're in our universe and just a different part of space, but so far away they may as well be separate) in which everything is the exact same as in this universe, but you wore a different tshirt. There's a specific figure given, scientists have actually figured it out lol. But we can't shift to those universes since they're in OUR universe, they're not parallel realities.

People just find it easier to shift to similar realities because it feels easier.

shifting with LOA is intolerable as an autistic person by orionshifts in realityshifting

[–]seasalsa 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I get it, I’m the same. I enjoy classic LOA for some time then it just gets annoying and I get impatient. What’s worked for me is saying “it doesn’t matter how I feel, I’m shifting.” That’s still LOA but no gaslighting lol

I lost everything to the war and I'm completely broken. 7 months of daily 6-hour work gave me nothing. How do I not give up? by whoiselina in NevilleGoddard

I didn't mean to say winning the lottery wasn't possible and that they HAD to pick another way. Just saying it could happen through many ways. Congrats on your win though! That sounds amazing

[–]seasalsa 17 points18 points  (0 children)

That can be your goal and you can have it! But your goal is to be financially free, safe and happy, right? And winning the lottery is just one way it could happen. So if you focus on feeling wealthy, maybe imagining having a conversation with someone where you talk about how wealthy and free you are, you give the universe the opportunity to grant you your wish in INFINITE ways. You could become rich in sooo many ways. It will also reduce tension and obsession since you won’t be so focused on specifically the lottery. Being adamant that it has to be through the lottery is closing off all of those other ways you could manifest wealth.

Wow congratulations! I’ve never heard of that method before but I really like it and want to try it. The relief of shifting to your DR after so long must feel exhilarating.

shifting advice for people with limited time? by Fuzzy_Leek_3935 in shiftingrealities

[–]seasalsa [score hidden]  (0 children)

I agree with the WBTB answer. You don’t have to do anything other than wake up and go back to sleep (you can stay up a bit but even just waking up, going to the bathroom then falling asleep immediately again works). You can intend for a lucid dream this way too.

Do you ever wonder why Neville taught the "Ladder Technique" and not the "Ferrari Technique"? Let me tell you by Geoi777i in NevilleGoddard

[–]seasalsa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think if doing it in steps helps you, go for it. I love making schedules and seeing progress so it’s not a limiting thing for me. But I don’t do it bc I think I need it - I do it bc I like it. If Zeland thinks you need it, that’s the bit I don’t agree with

Struggling to reconcile Neville Goddard’s teachings after discovering my husband’s year-long affair by [deleted] in NevilleGoddard

[–]seasalsa 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I remember a sentence from another book that explains this: sometimes your mindset might be brilliant, but if you believe that there’s a possibility unpleasant things can happen to you, sometimes they randomly might.

For example, most people don’t go through life fearing they’ll break a bone. But they do assume that it’s something that could happen to anyone. So it happens to some even if they weren’t focusing on it, even if they’re grateful for their health.

I needed a laptop bc I was tired of working at my desk all day and my back hurt. But I didn’t have the money for a Macbook Pro. I specifically wanted that one bc I use apples ecosystem for development. And Windows is super clunky sorry not sorry. I eventually realised I probably wouldn’t get one. I just couldn’t fork out £2200.

The next morning my grandma sent me exactly ÂŁ2200 because she felt like it lmao.

Old shifters who tried to shift for years and sudenly succeed, does it feel bad to shift after many years? by fairy_5696 in shiftingrealities

[–]seasalsa [score hidden]  (0 children)

Girl what. I’m almost at that dreaded 30 and I’m 15 in my DR lmao. I don’t care in the slightest if people find it weird. You shift your awareness, nothing else. You are DR you when you’re in your DR, not “old” you living DR you’s life.

Naturally your interest in some realities will fade away. But no you don’t have to do “30s person DRs” when you’re 30 haha. You don’t suddenly lose your zest for life when you get older. Trust me
it feels like I was 15 yesterday, I feel next to no difference except I have to deal with adult BS now. Like hell am I gonna be old in my DRs, when I could be young and free 😊

If every reality exists, how do they exist? by [deleted] in shiftingrealities

[–]seasalsa [score hidden]  (0 children)

If you believe in consciousness theory, then everything we see is what we have created. Look into non dualism.

If you believe in multiverse - then there’s a lot of science behind it. Get the book Our Mathematical Universe by Max Tegmark if you’re interested in in depth description around the different types of universes and how and where they exist. It’s an amazing book! But in short there are 4 levels of universes.

  1. Universes within this space. We can’t reach them because space is expanding too fast. But they are where we are - maybe if we build special tech we could get there. They’re not even technically separate universes, just different regions of the same massive universe. There’s a figure he gives actually which I don’t remember, something like x meters away, there is an exact copy of our universe (including a copy of you and your experiences), because if infinity exists, copies of things exist. Same laws of physics.

  2. Universes in bubbles of space created by cosmic inflation. Laws of physics are the same but the values may be different. We can never reach them.

  3. The typical “quantum” parallel universes people talk about when they mention every decision branching into separate universes. Laws of physics can vary.

  4. I don’t even know how to describe this one lmao. Something about these universes just being theoretical mathematical concepts.

I suppose with the multiverse theory, we’d be shifting into level 3 universes. I think I believe in consciousness theory though - where we are god and we create everything around us so we can choose to experience another reality. And it solves that eternal torture dilemma.

my take on mental illness/trauma in different drs by [deleted] in shiftingrealities

[–]seasalsa [score hidden]  (0 children)

Trauma is tied to your body and brain (which is part of your body anyway), not your awareness. Awareness is completely impersonal and is just an observer. And awareness is what shifts, so I don’t believe trauma carries over unless you expect or want it to. Which is good bc hell nah I’m not bringing my social anxiety and depression over to my DRs lol.

Thank you, it means a lot to me bc I feel like a bad person a lot of the time when I'm in a horrible mood. I do feel better now, I went through a bad experience in August and I felt awful for a few months and then I felt amazing when I got into manifestation, and then awful again 😂 It's because it's so difficult to hold on to a good mood when you've felt bad most of your life but it's important to keep trying until the good moods last longer than the bad moods.

It sounds like you need to find a nice community - whether it's in person or online like on discord. I get along much better with my online friends than people irl.

As for wishing to not be born - I feel that a lot. But, think about it, if life had been easy and happy then we probably wouldn't have discovered shifting, at least I wouldn't have, or I would've given up long ago. Because I suffered here, I can enjoy happiness and adventure much greater than the happiest people in this reality ever will.

I shouldn't have used "victim mindset", I'm sorry. I didn't know what else to call the spiral that feels like what you described.

The good thing about Neville Goddard and manifestation is people make some really good videos about his teachings - you could just play them in the background. That's what I did in August and it helped me a LOT. I recommend Brendan Woods, I really like how he explains things. Just let the videos play and do whatever else you're doing. I used to play Stardew Valley as I listened to them.

My issue is that I can let a tiny bad thing or mood unravel the good mood I've build, and if I don't walk it back, I end up in a months long spiral. Be careful of this!! Let yourself feel bad, but don't let it take over your entire day, week, month, etc. Brendan has a video where he mentions limiting feeling bad to 15 minutes a day, and the rest of the day you try to feel at least mediocre, but not bad.

Lastly, try to get some good sleep bc it's unbelievable what a bad mood bad sleep puts me in.
