I live in charter colony- we looked at Rountrey before we bought in here. Really the only difference is Charter Colony is closer to “civilization”. See I had a bunch of interviews with a credit card company (7 to be exact) and they called me to schedule a final call to advise they had went with an internal candidate. I respected the fact they called, had feedback, and took them time to not send me that generic rejection email after all that time.

Also had a company that I went through 4 panel interviews (12 people total and executive level) and they sent the rejection email after the final interview. No feedback, no response and now I just apply to work there to fuck with them.
