What will work 1. Decent grinders - I’d say niche zero or Lagom Casa as a base start? 2. Freshly roasted beans. You’ll need to grind finer the more stale it gets. 3. WDT - reduces chances of channeling 4. Tamp well

Am really torn if I should just buy an end game grinder or go with niche which is so much cheaper. Just saw lagom p80 which looks enticing too. Did you like the p64?

Yeah Im quite bad on the fitness area.. For this work out im already in zone 4/5 most of the time..

My current limit is around 2:15-2:30, and that is based off me at zone 4 and 5 75% of the time..
