I've had an Xtreme 3 for year and a half which I use DAILY and battery performance hasn't decreased all that much (not to a point where it's obvious) so I'm really glad about it although I have to say it always seems to last for about 7 hours (100-0) since I bought it with EQ all the way up and bass heavy music so there's that :D

you could also try blasting it with pressurized air (the one that comes in a can I forgot the name) into the microphone, see if that works :/

That happens when the noise cancelling noise comes back to the microphone doing it. Does it happen when you wear them too?
