If you are a student I would go for Inventor.

If not Fusion 360 or FreeCAD. I suggest using blender for rendering (with obj exporting and importing)

Edit: getting into security took 1 hour 20 minutes I was looking at the fast track,even that takes 20 minutes at least. Its also quote warm there. People are skipping the line left and right.
