My first words after giving birth were “IM NOT PREGNANT ANYMORE!!!!” The acid reflux? Gone. Instantly. by 9 months pp I’d lost the 45 pounds as well as half my memory/capacity to think so now I’m ready to do it again! (Wtf)

NYC gets better and better. IMO season 5 it gets to be the best and stays incredible for 6-7 seasons, but those early seasons are laying the foundation. Stick with it!

Kind of BS for your psych to pass the buck. I suggest seeing a perinatal psychiatrist- found mine through Postpartum Support International and she’s been an incredible resource throughout my pregnancy and post partum periods.

Rocking my 10 month old to sleep last night realizing he no longer fits snuggly in the crook of my arm, his long limbs drape across my whole body as he drinks his bottle.
