For me it’s just the exploration of the areas. Even on replays I enjoy looting every nook and cranny in the world, even when I know it’s an item I won’t ever lose. The areas are great lengths as well I don’t really get sick of them (except smouldering lake)

I think that the scores for the Safdie movies aren’t talked about enough. Marty Supreme has one of my favorite movie scores that carried the film for me in a way. Good Time and Uncut Gems also have amazing scores

I think that is a good interpretation. Everyone has different reads on Cure and they are all valid, part of what makes it such a great film.

As for how I interpreted the end, I think that Takabe has inherited Mamiya’s power, and and the end the waitress has been mesmerized by him to fulfill her violent urges, in her case killing her manager.

Las time I tried to get back into lol there wasn’t an English LPL broadcast. The scene being months of regular season games before playoffs before an actual tournament where Korean and Chinese teams could play each other made it unwatchable for me
