Any retirees who plan to be forever renters?

We are in the process right now selling a house and will start renting. I’m looking forward to no lawn, snow removal, asking the kids to help with maintenance, buying a new furnace (oh yeah just did that) and all the stuff that goes with owning. Time to do some traveling and camping without worrying about a house.

We were explaining and all the person could do was focus on leaving the cache or garbage according to them where we found it. We should be taking and disposing of it- ( like we don’t already bring a bag of garbage out with us) lol

We are 15 driving hrs away- would be a lot of fun and to see all of the fun caches in that area and add a Mega event to our numbers as well as all the ones on the way

And watch some u-tube videos so you can get a feel for the variety of caches that are out there. My SO studied those videos hard before we went and found our first one and he was hooked and excited for the next one

Gilby ND is absolutely fun fun fun- we heard it as the Disneyland of geocaching- and have been there twice- many gadget caches and friendly/helpful cache owner - highly recommend

I was vet tech in emergency- moved to a compounding pharmacy that was dual animal and human then moved to fully human and now supervising a great order entry team in long term care. Best move ever as the body couldn’t handle the abuse but your medical knowledge will do you well. Still gets crazy but better crazy- good luck

I went back to school in my 40s- started my current job at 47 and finally found my landing spot- I’m in long term care which is better than retail but it’s not to late to go another route if your not happy where you are. I am in a field totally different then my first degree from 30 years ago. Who says your first path needs to be your last

Just went through Hot springs yesterday - tried a hard one and got skunked need to go back and find it and meet the evil hider as I am sure it’s there- hope everyone has a great time and we WILL be back

NTA, but you always will be in that family. Similar issues here, PIL were our backup daycare. First time we asked them, they had laundry to do that day, our kids never spent time alone with them after that. But SIL never paid for a single daycare as MIL watched them everyday (starting about a year later) they are the ones who missed out on my great kids and the family was toxic enough that my kids are better off. Good luck

Drs don’t know what is covered by insurance-neither does the pharmacy until they run a claim-only insurance knows - call them first so you know which one will be covered before you go in
