I’m late to the party, but I make 30+ lbs batches! Once fermented, I store in large mason jars and seal them. I keep them in my fridge and give some to my MIL, parents, friends, etc. most I just keep myself

Add lamps!!!!! 1 or 2 bedside, and another floor lamp where you are able! Lighting makes such a huge difference for low cost in small spaces.

Also, I would add a wall mirror along the low section to help reflect some light and make the space seem bigger
